Membership
What is the cancellation policy?
You may cancel at anytime. If you have not received any automated services during your subscription period, you will receive a full refund for the subscription period.
How long does it take for my website/newsletter to be built after signing up?
It takes around 1-2 weeks after we receive your personalization info.
Member Personal Website
What if I already have a website?
You do not have to build a website with us. If you already have a website that you would like to continue using, we can supply you with code snippets to integrate our opt-in lead capture forms. There is no discount for not creating a Truevail Member Personal Website at this time.
Can I change the theme/layout?
Not with our Essentials Plan. We will be adding additional themes/layouts in the future
E-Newsletter Campaigns
Do I need to give you any materials like content or images for the newsletter?
No. The newsletter is written by a professional travel writers and covers four different categories - Travel Advisor 101, Know Before You Go, Inspiration and It's All in the Details.
Can I pick and choose or submit my own material for the newsletter?
Not currently. We are working on making that an option in the future and it will be at a higher level of service.
Will I receive a preview of each campaign?
Yes. Every campaign you will receive a preview of the newsletter to ensure your information is up to date, and that the content makes sense for your clients.
What happens if a section of the newsletter doesn't fit in with the services I offer?
At the Essentials Membership we do not tailor/edit content, but we may be able to delete the section that does not work for you. Please contact our support team.
Client List / Database
How do I access my client list/database?
You will receive an updated client list/database along with your campaign and lead reports. You can also request to an updated client list/database from Truevail Support.
How do I upload my client database?
You can choose to upload it yourself in the Member Dashboard or we you can email it to us and we will do it for you. You will need your client first name, last name and email address listed on an Excel spreadsheet and preferably saved as a CSV file. Detailed instructions are listed on the upload page.
Social Media
Do you offer any social media services?
Currently no, but we do plan on offering multiple services in the future.
